1. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The Website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard; see Section 4 for known limitations.

2. Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following measures to support accessibility:
Visual design:
- Color contrast meets WCAG AA standards (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- We do not rely on color alone to convey information
Keyboard navigation:
- All interactive elements are keyboard accessible
- Focus indicators are visible for keyboard users
- Logical tab order through the page
Semantic structure:
- Proper heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) on each page
- Landmark regions (header, navigation, main, footer)
Images and media:
- All informational images include alt text
- Decorative images and animations are marked as such for screen readers
Animations:
- Animated backgrounds are decorative and honor the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting — if you disable animations in your system, they stop - Interactive animations (e.g., the globe) are supplementary and not required to use the site
Forms:
- All form fields have associated labels
- Required fields are clearly marked
- Error messages are descriptive and linked to the relevant field
Compatibility:
- The Website is tested with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- The Website is designed to work with common screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
Responsive design:
- The Website adapts to different screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Content reflows without horizontal scrolling at 320px width
3. Standards Referenced
In developing and maintaining the Website, we reference the following standards:
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
- EN 301 549 V3.2.1 — European accessibility requirements for ICT products and services
- European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) — applicable as of June 2025 for EU-facing digital services
4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content on the Website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to address the following known limitations:
- Interactive animated backgrounds: Interactive elements (e.g., the rotating globe) are primarily visual and decorative; the same information is available in text form, but the interaction itself is not fully keyboard-accessible.
- Third-party embedded content: The call-scheduling tool (Calendly) is subject to that provider’s accessibility practices and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.

The Website has been designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
